South West Wilderness 7 day Kayak Tour

Deposit and payment conditions apply as follows:
•
For all bookings made more than 60 days prior to the departure date, a deposit of $400 per person is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable no less than 60 days prior to the departure date.
•
Bookings made 60 days or less prior to departure are required to make full payment to secure the booking.
•
Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (a credit card surcharge of 1% applies to payments over $400 per person).
•
Children: This kayaking expedition is not recommended for children under 18 unless they have experience kayaking (please contact us to discuss suitability). No child discount applies.

All participants are required to complete an Acceptance of Risk form prior to joining any Roaring 40°s Kayaking tour.
Please keep your nominated mobile phone switched on the evening prior to your tour and the morning of your tour in case we need to contact you.
Please let us know if you have any preexisting injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. If you need to bring medications with you we can carry them in waterproof bags.
Sea Kayaking is an outdoor water activity and participants should expect that they may get wet. We recommend bring a change of clothes for after the tour.

BOOKINGS
For a booking to be confirmed we require full payment for day tours or the required deposit for multi-day expeditions.
Payments can be made by credit card online through the Book Now section on our website or over the phone/email.
Alternatively we accept direct deposit to the following ANZ Bank account: Roaring 40s Wilderness Tours, BSB: 017 010, Account number 2851 01015. (Please use your surname and tour date as reference and if possible advise us to assist accounts in allocating you payment quickly).

CHILD PRICES
Child rates are only valid when children are accompanied by an adult.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
A surcharge of 1% will be added to credit cards payments over $400 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Roaring 40°s Kayaking reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including inadequate numbers and weather conditions. Rainfall is not considered dangerous conditions and Roaring 40°s Kayaking will provide paddling jackets and PFDs for your comfort and safety. If in the unlikely event Roaring 40°s Kayaking cancels your tour, you will be notified the morning of your tour and given the option of transferring to another tour or receiving a full refund.

Please notify us immediately if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking. Our refund policy is outlined below.

Cancellation policy for day tours and instruction lessons
- A full refund, less a $20 administration fee per booking, will apply to any booking cancelled with more than 24 hours notice provided.
- No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to tour departure or if you do not show up for the tour

Cancellation policy for multi-day expeditions
- Deposit is non-refundable
- No refund for cancellations less than 1 month prior to departure

We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Gift vouchers are transferable to any of Roaring 40°s Kayaking products.

CAMERAS AND PERSONAL ITEMS
You are welcome to bring along your camera and we will provide dry bags to keep it dry, but we do not take responsibility for any damage to cameras or other personal items (i.e. Mobile Phones, Sunglasses, Spectacles, Electric Car Keys Clothing, Wallets and Money etc) taken on our tours. Waterproof cameras and disposable waterproof cameras are ideal.

SECURITY
Roaring 40°s Kayaking takes all reasonable precautions possible to secure your credit card details and to protect that information from misuse or loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not share this information with any third party and we will not identify your credit card details to any organisation or individual other than the clearance organisation.

PRIVACY
Your details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and will not be distributed to others, unless agreed by you. We will not disclose individually identifiable information to any third party for any purposes. This means that your e-mail address, your name and any other personal details you may provide will not be passed on or sold to any company for any reason.

Roaring 40°s Kayaking may share general information about our customers with third parties, however this data will be collated into aggregate totals and will not contain any details which could help identify specific individuals.
